The Indonesia Annual Symposium on Localizing SDGs, starting in 2019, is proposed as an annual event and a cross-learning platform for national and sub-national government, private sectors and philanthropies, civil society and academia to come together sharing their best practices in successful innovative programs/projects. The program or project can address specific Sustainable Development Goals, or clusters of goals and targets.

The symposium will also provide opportunities for SDG stakeholders to discuss factors that hinder the progress of achievement, especially on some persistent and specific challenges facing local stakeholders which requires an innovative solution on both policy and implementation approach.

The objective of the required service is to select an Event Organizer who will assist UNDP and liaise with Bappenas, the Event Organizer from Bappenas and the Debate Organizer for the preparation, implementation and reporting after the event.
