Provision of online platform and project management of Virtual Skill Share (VSS)
UNICEF’s Division of Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP) has for the past four years been running an annual Skill Share meeting with approximately 800 participants, from more than 80 different countries. The event is hosted in conjunction with the UNICEF Division of Communication (DOC) on behalf of colleagues who engage in work with the private sector from around the world.
Due to the climate crisis and UNICEF’s global mandate to protect the rights of every child, this year in 2020, the decision has been taken to produce the Skill Share meeting online, as a virtual event with a zero-carbon footprint. UNICEF PFP is looking to contract an expert company in the field of online meetings to support in the design, development and delivery of a Virtual Skill Share (VSS).
The objective is to seek proposals from suitable institutional/corporate entities to establish a contract which fully supports the technical requirements, both Information Communication Technology (ICT) and Audio Visual (AV), to deliver on the scope of work proposed mainly,
Project management of Virtual Skill Share
Hosting the whole event on a dedicated and secure online platform
Provide technical and production support to webcast sessions before, during and after the event
Production of plenary sessions at the start and end of VSS event from a variety of geographical locations across a range of time zones
