Muon Events' (now Legacy) event management is highly professional and engaging for all attendees. Their heart and soul promoting ethical sustainability is in the right place too!
Very happy with their service
Muon Events (now Legacy) won the contract to provide our current events programme running through until September 2018. We have been very happy with the service provided to date; Muon Events offers a fresh and creative approach ensuring our events are professionally run and that formats, themes and speakers are fresh and thought provoking. Abena goes the extra mile to provide some great extra touches, such as local, sustainable caterers, event videos and Christmas raffles! She is a pleasure to work with and is always open to the inevitable learning and tweaking process that is part and parcel of any event programme.
Consistently cheerful while organising a smooth, hiccup free event - made it look easy (which it really is not)
It was such a pleasure to work with Carole (and Legacy) from the beginning to end of this project. Carole is a force of nature when it comes to making a sustainable event happen. She was able to input from the concept stage, coordinate between cross-functional suppliers, and provide Futerra and it's clients with a high-quality presence during Sustainable Brands 2019 (on time and on budget!). Carole is reliable, pro-active, and highly competent. I am full of praise for her and very thankful.
Working with Legacy has been a delight!
From the first meeting they understood the brief in detail and had a passion and excitement for the event that matched ours! Even though Legacy was based out of our area, they quickly linked in with local organisations and understood the challenges that we faced with our event. Throughout our time working with Legacy, our social media engagement has exponentially increased and while they more than achieved the original brief, they have delivered further and unexpected results and our team were able to pick up many useful hints and tips along the way that will be well used in the future. Great partners
Abena, and her company Legacy, partnered with Totem Sustainability on a comprehensive sustainability report for a very large, on day sporting event in central London. The report examined the current state of 10 areas of impact and provided recommendations to improve the events sustainability performance. The legacy team brought great insight to our project, supporting the audit of the event, leading on sections of the report and reviewing for final approval. Abena was organised, responsive and flexible to the needs of the client, producing work of high quality and instilled a professional approach in the team working on the project.

The Legacy workshop really opened my eyes to how I can make a difference in a way that was accessible, interesting and creative.
This course has been a true inspiration
I feel much more aware and ready to take actions to bring sustainability at the core of my missions. I have already taken some huge steps and I feel grateful to have a supporting document (the action plan) to keep taking more actions in future months even though this course is finished. This course has been a true inspiration as well as an infinite well of knowledge. Abena and Carole are incredible professionals, and provided a challenging and creative course.
The workshop was time very well spent - both enlightening and motivating
The workshop with Carole and Abena has installed a fundamental long term set of goals for us as an Events Team. It was time very well spent - both enlightening and motivating; and left us with a real sense of how we can set achievable goals, deliver them and in turn produce reports to show the impact the initiative has had on the environment. The session guided us to be practical and realistic about how we intend to meet our new goals, yet encouraged us to push ourselves as a team and an organisation.
