Speak UP for Sustainable Events

This one is about changing the conversation before the event even happens. We are building a campaign to encourage speakers and presenters to incorporate sustainability into their speaking briefs. That might mean asking clients whether the event could work as a hybrid format, suggesting video content instead of flying halfway across the world, or simply making sustainability part of the agenda rather than an afterthought. If you are a regular speaker, a conference organiser, or a professional body that represents people in the speaking circuit, we want to hear from you.

Pocket Wilderness

We are working on a way to leave a lasting environmental impact at event venues by installing low maintenance biodiversity features. Think moss walls, insect nesting panels, deadwood habitats, and wildflower frames that thrive in urban spaces without needing constant attention. The aim is to integrate these into event design so that every conference or corporate gathering leaves behind something that supports local ecosystems rather than just waste. We are currently researching suppliers, testing installations, and looking for venues in London and beyond who want to pilot this.
